Our staff hold over 35+ years of combined medical industry and 20+ years of clinical research experience, all meeting GCP & ICH standard guidelines. By incorporating cutting-edge processes with a rigorous Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), Paragon Rx Clinical is able to operate more effectively, resulting in reduced monitoring times on-site and follow up inquiries.

Staff Experience – Hoang T. Nguyen, M.D.  is Board Certified in Internal and Family Medicine, and has been practicing in Orange County since 1990.

Regulatory – The regulatory specialist processes the start-up paperwork in within a week and work diligently to maintain all regulatory documents throughout the study.

Business Development – This is a team effort.  The Principal Investigator and Study Coordinators are aided in study enrollment and recruitment through the work of the business development staff. Our team members work diligently to pursue all avenues of patient recruitment and help Paragon Rx Clinical to frequently exceed enrollment standards set by study sponsors.

Clinical Research Coordinators – Study coordinators work under the direction of the PI in the overall, day-to-day management of clinical trials.  All staff members have current GCP training, IATA/DOT, NIH certified and documentation.

Patient Demographic – Paragon Rx Clinical leverages our dedicated patient base, extensive area network and strong local population density to secure a large and diverse patient population. Our location in Orange Country offers a unique advantage. The local California State University of Fullerton (CSUF) and University State California of Irvine (UCI) provides us with of a younger population while Orange County’s large number of retirees allows us to draw participants in over the age of 65. Collectively, this allows us to secure a more diverse participants’’ demographics. Patient enrollment comes from our own patient database, physician referral, advertising (TV, Radio, Print, Internet), direct mail and community relations (health screenings and event promotion).
